Charisma...who has it and who doesn't?

Charisma...
I fell in love with Orson Welles (the lady from shanghai) and Bogart (casablanca - sorry but it is brilliant) instantly. They are men who make you have to watch the screen, men who you have to listen to. They exude charisma.
Ask me to pick an actor of repute from today and I struggle a little. My brain cells turn over and over, and then over again. And the names i find just don't measure on the ruler at all.
I lie, i loved Malkovick until he turned up in a film called i don't remember but he played Cyrus the Virus. I forgive him. he's brilliant in the sheltering sky.
Am i wrong, too harsh or just going senile?
