Hey to anyone out there actually awaiting a poem from this highly un-renowned poet. I had a bit of fun writing this one. Hope you enjoy. Best to everyone. Oh yeah, this one I call Simply Murder My Dear Watson. Bow if you please for Mastersleuth is on the case.

Simply Murder My Dear Watson

The Spider's synaptic crippling
must have felt like an Ice Age forming too quickly

'Yes. Yes'

The Victim, under misguided wavelengths
unable to move thought
waited for the killer
to strike.

The severed limb
rooted in the grotesque outing of innards
suggests the blow. No, two blows
were un-smooth and hesitant
but not enough to deter the assailant.

'Yes. Yes'

Eight Deaths

I have this idiosyncrasy by which this poem eventuated. I showed it to a friend and he for some legitimate reason that keeps his wise intact was unable to equate Eight Deaths to anything more than just a title...anyone out there care to proffer a theory?
